Request · 20-Minute Live System

Twenty minutes. One of your P&L lines. Live.

No slideware. No generic product tour. We bring the live Quantos system; you bring the one line you're most worried about. In twenty minutes, we connect to a sandbox copy of your data and show you the exposures your current reporting is missing — priced in rupees, dated, and assigned. If we don't surface something you didn't already know, we say so on the call.

How the 20 minutes are spent

0–3 min
You name the line. Inventory. Cashflow. A specific category. A specific vendor book. Your choice; we go where the pain is.
3–8 min
We run the live system against a sandbox copy of your data. Live ingestion to live output. Not a deck. Not a simulation. Actual cockpits, your actual numbers.
8–16 min
We walk you through every exposure — with provenance. Rupees, days, owners, source transactions. Every number you see, we trace to the row it came from.
16–20 min
We agree next step — or we don't. If the output was genuinely new, we scope a fixed-price 6-week pilot on the spot. If not, we thank you and move on.

The promise: If the live system does not surface at least one exposure your standard reporting was not showing you, we say so explicitly on the call — and you owe us nothing. We would rather lose twenty minutes than waste six weeks of your team's time on a pilot that will not pay back.

Who this is for

  • CFOs & Group CFOs of enterprises ₹500 Cr – ₹20,000 Cr who are tired of variance reports arriving three weeks late.
  • COOs & Chief Planning Officers who want operational exposure priced in rupees, not coloured in traffic lights.
  • Group CEOs at multi-entity conglomerates where no two reports reconcile on the same granularity.
  • CIOs & CTOs who need decision intelligence that sits above SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho without a rip-and-replace.
The architecture you'll be evaluating

Defence-grade by construction. Not by claim.

01 Deterministic by contract Same input, same output, always. Reproducible three years later under audit.
02 Tenant-isolated structurally Schema-per-tenant. Cross-contamination is architecturally impossible, not policy-controlled.
03 Read-only by default Zero write access to your ERP unless you explicitly enable it. Your systems of record stay yours.
